Who is responsible

QuoteDesk is run by Amine Mahjoub, based in Lisbon, Portugal. For anything about your data, email amine@quotedeskhq.com.

What is collected

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give it, and your message. If you send an enquiry for a demo, its contents too. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

Why

To reply to you and arrange and run the demo you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before any agreement, and a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing or added to any mailing list.

Where it is kept

• Form submissions are received through Netlify, which hosts this site.
• Emails are handled in Google Workspace.
• An enquiry you send for a demo is read with Anthropic's Claude and matched to products with TypeSafe AI's Jev model. Both are reached through Vercel's AI Gateway. None of these providers uses your enquiry to train AI models.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU and UK, including in the United States, under their data processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

How long

An enquiry sent for a demo is deleted within 30 days of the demo. Contact details are kept for up to 12 months after our last conversation, or deleted sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing amine@quotedeskhq.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or the authority where you live, such as the ICO in the UK.
